After moving into their new home, our clients reached out looking to make it feel more like their own. The space was a blank canvas, ready to reflect their personalities and the way they live. This cosmetic renovation and furnishing project included the living room, bedroom, and mudroom—where we introduced color, character, and much needed functionality.
The clients love color, so we leaned into their playful spirit with bold hues, layered patterns, and varied scales in the living room to keep it fresh and a little quirky. For the bedroom, we took cues from their love of James Bond, blending 1970s-inspired movie set designs with the charm of an old English pub. The result is a space that feels rich, moody, and timeless.
Throughout the home, we added custom millwork and trim details to bring definition and depth. The mudroom features built-in storage, beadboard for added durability, and a comfortable bench for everyday use. Custom window treatments and updated lighting tie the spaces together. Because our clients love their dog, we selected fabrics that are pet-friendly, durable, and refined—proving that practicality and style can coexist beautifully.
The finished home celebrates how our clients live and who they are, creating spaces that are layered, inviting, and distinctly personal.
